QuoteEveryone at this store has the attitude that they won't accept accountability for mistakes and don't care. I have had this experience in the baby dep't (poor exchange policy), photo studio (forgot to give me some of my pictures I ordered), and in the lingerie dep't (charged wrong price)where mistakes were made and I didn't even get an "I'm sorry for your trouble."
