 If you watch the newspaper, sometimes there will be adds or coupons. Unsually I avoid unless they are doing a big sale & then I find things that are of good value.

JCPenney offers outdated styles of clothing and usually on the lower end of the quality scale. I do not buy my kids clothing there but we do receive it from time to time and it usually goes back as a return since I know it will not be durable enough.
