 I really like JCPenny for there huge amount of clothes. They have more sun dresses than any other store I have been to. And there prices are very reasonable. There seems to be a sale going on all the time.
I dont like how crowded they are. Things seemed to be all over the store. Racks of clothes they wernt put away. It makes it hard to get a stroller around.
