QuoteJacadi has gorgeous clothes, however, the customer service is lacking. We received some gifts from Jacadi's New York Store and tried to exchange them in Boston. The staff would not allow exchanges and gave us a hard time. For the prices paid, the store should have a better gift-return policy.

QuoteThe stuff in this store is adorable, but quite pricey. The staff was very friendly, but this store is a little smaller and doesn't have as many of the nursery decorations as other stores.
