I tried almost all of the doctors - a few were pretty good but there was one in particular that gave me totally inaccurate information about my newborn and breastfeeding, sending this new mother into a panic until I spoke to a few other doctors who told me otherwise. I had many problems with the billing department, and thought the doctors weren't great enough to make that hassle worth it. When I recently called to try to resolve an outstanding issue, the head person in billing told me that they had several people leave for the same reason, but that the person who was difficult had left.

Our experiences has been very positive,
We have seen several of the doctors and feel we are in good hands, they have been patient and tender with our infant son.

We've seen four of the current doctors and have been pleased with Dr. Cohen and Dr. Hilliard (spelling?). However, we've been quite unhappy with the office staff and continue to have inurance and billing issues. It's like we have to do all the legwork for them! We've used the message service twice and have been promptly contacted, which was pleasantly surprising!

This group is terrible. When my Son was born in 2005 I took a tour and met the doctor's and chose Dr. Jennifer Cohen. I thought this was a good group. My Son has gone here for all his well baby visits which we were rushed through, but other than that it was...OK.
Anytime he has been sick he was unable to see "his" doctor and has been passed around to different doctors each time. We have also had a horrible time with billing, for example my Insurance has already paid them yet they still send me menacing bills, and when you try to contact them via email, fax, or phone, your calls are never returned. I am looking for a new Pediatrician asap. Any advice for the Arcadia-Pasadena area would be much appreciated.
