Well its better than Chuck E. Cheese which I consider to be an abomination to children's partys. I had my daughters 1st bday here because I had heard they had a separate toddler spot and more activities for the big kids - which incorporated play as opposed to mind numbing video games. So here is the breakdown because I think it should be out there for others to make an informed decision:
The whole place is a warehouse in an industrial area of Orange. Not too scenic but well it could be worse right? I mean the kids could be playing in the ugly parking lot right? You're right... just barely.
Toddler area is basically a corral with broken toys and dirty naked tangle haired baby dolls).
For the older kids there is this =
1 inflatable slide
1 inflatable bouncy area with obstacle type inflatable poles for them to bounce off of
1 jungle club house climbing slide combo (think McDonalds playland)
1 climbing wall
1 pin ball machine, 1 foosball game, and 2 sad arcade games
There is a karaoke stage which was actually cute but the young lady working it looked like she wanted to kill herself. Only one of the girls used it - I think it was too dark & kind of scared the kids.
PROs- the kids seemed to like the random play and the fact there were NO other kids allowed during our playtime was pretty nice. I didn't have to worry about losing a kid or having another strangers child run over any of ours. they took care of the pinata we brought and ensured the lil' ones had a chance at it before the bigger kids destroyed it. for teenagers they were pretty much positive and energetic about their work even though in their eyes you could tell they really didn't want to be there.
CONs- staff did "handle" everything for the party portion but it was always "just a little off." I asked for purple tablecloths so they gave me pink, they forgot to set out the favor gift bags, they didn't set up the cupcakes on the cupcake stand i brought (hello! it was a cupcake themed party!)
Would I go back - I don't think so. The party package price was fair = we brought in a lot of our own side dishes (desserts/salads only) to supplement the basic pizza & cake party. Bonus is that they let you bring in beer/wine for a corkage free. And like I said before I HATE Chuck E. Cheese - so this was a step up from that horror.
To earn 4 or even 5 stars they need to DUST, fix the toys (that means batteries people!), wipe some things down and invest in some more toddler toys. Overall my daughter had fun so that was the most important part and for that I begrudging will let them have 2 stars.

My nephew had his second birthday party here and all of the kids seemed to have so much fun. The equipment was in great shape and they even had a separate little play area for my one year old. A great value is their Open Play Nights every Monday and Tuesday from 5 - 8 PM which is only $6.00 per child. Children under 1 are free with a paying child and all adults are free of charge.
