When you need a break from the ordinary (i.e. Babies R Us), this is a great place to find that special gift. The owner is super knowledgeable and tries to focus on local suppliers as much as possible (which I think is great). The layout of the store is just plain sensible, I never feel uncomfortable in it, and I always find what I am looking for quickly - unlike the other 2 stores in Royal Oak. They have amazing sales and I am never intimidated by their price. Their maternity clothes are unique from Mother Maternity as well, so if you are feeling like you want something different while pregnant, the same applies. I have no need to find nursing gear here, since the best nursing wear in my opinion can only be found online (Expressiva and to a lesser degree Motherwear). I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends.

I'm surprised at some of the other posts about this store, they're the complete opposite of what
I feel I can't help but think they're bogus posts. With that being said, I love everything about this store, I've shopped there for maternity clothes & for my 2 daughters...I even found a great photographer through them! I would highly suggest to stop in & support your small local retailers, especially in these economic times!

Loved this store! I'm not even a mom myself but I was looking for a gift and I had a hard time choosing! Lots of cute stuff. Definitely worth stopping in!

I don't like this store. The person who is always their is unfriendly. Their maternity selection isfunky in a weird and unflattering way. The selection of girls baby clothes is limited and expensive.

In a previous review it was stated that this store carried local vendors. I'm not sure if they do or not but I do know of one local mom that was dropped to buy a cheaper brand that was "made in china". The same review was cut and pasted into so many search engines and with all the brand name dropping I have to be pretty suspicious as to who wrote this.
