Hot Mamas stroller classes aren't easy, but they definitely work! A great way to work out without having to hire a babysitter!

Hot Mamas stroller class created by Teddi Bryant is the one of the most challenging workouts I have ever experienced. Teddi is a pro and takes pride in working with new mothers to help them get back in shape. Hot Mamas Stroller Class...it's no stroll in the park!
