We just finished a 4 month nanny search - extra tricky because we are sharing a nanny with another family. Rochelle, Margie, and Leann all worked with both us and the other family to really understand what we want and need in a family and help in the transition of seeing our very loved current nanny leave and a new nanny start. They do a lot more than send you resumes. It starts with a in-home meeting that puts everyone on the same page and begins a dialog and process that has many twists and turns. You never feel pressured or judges with this agency; they really care and take the time to find the right candidates for your family.

These folks are a great resource. They do an excellent job of helping you define your staff needs, and communicating that to potential candidates. All of the candidates they have sent to us have been amazing!

Leann is very professional and passionate about her work. Everyone I know who has worked with her has had a good experience, though her fees are not the cheapest, her work is worth it.
