Awesome history lesson for a good price!! Excellent location and great information. I absolutely loved it. Went with a group of teens and they liked it!! I was shocked :)

So informative and awesome. The children's area has a really neat mural and lots of fun crafts to do. There are several free guided tours throughout the day. If you can, I recommend getting in on one of the student guide's tours. It's a program where Native American high schoolers lead tour groups and I enjoy their perspectives and personal experiences so much.

The first time I went to Heard, we just moved to Arizona. It just blew me away with the all the southwest collections. Now I take my out-of-town guests there and they all love it. My 8 y-o kid had a field trip there and he had fun. It's a good museum for all age.
