QuoteThe breasfeeding support group at Seton really helped me get through those tough first months. In fact it helped so much I still go just because I enjoy it and my son is going on nine months. It's a drop in support group and their is a lactation consultant who runs it. You can go and talk to other moms about their experiences and feel comforted that your not the only one going through whatever your going through.
