If you don't want to feel like a number, don't bother! HOWEVER, that is not to say that the staff and doctors are not friendly and personable. It's just that this is a VERY LARGE practice with multiple practitioners and thousands of clients. The upsides is that they probably take every conceivable insurance/health plan.
The doctor my daughter saw for her well-child visit was personable. He was a tad overweight (to be nice), which is not something I like in a doctor, especially since they are supposed to encourage US to be healthy. (Okay, I'm being nice saying "a tad," too.)
Our wait was not unreasonable. Another big factor.
The location is okay, but you'll probably need to park out back. There is PLENTY of parking out there & you won't be on the busy street.
If you need a summer appt. for physicals, make it EARLY (April at least). This was a suggestion by one of the staff members. Lots of kids need them for sports, so they are jam-packed.
