QuoteMy daughter loves the play class where she can climb all over the equipment and play with the other toddlers! She lights up when she goes in the room. Mrs. Sarah who teaches on Wednesdays is fantastic!

QuoteI had a number of concerns about this Gymboree. The teachers were always changing, so you never knew who the teacher would be. Classes started late and ended early. The classes were too full. The projects they did in the art class could have been easily done at home. Every time I went there, they were playing with blocks and dress-up clothes - we can do that on play dates for free! As for safety, the children in the drop-off classes were not adequately supervised. The "regular" teacher would leave in the middle of class and come back at the end before the parents got there, so noone knew. Meanwhile the kids were turned loose in the play area, with very little supervision. On at least one occasion, the kids were taken outside by the parking lot to do an art project. Who knows what else happened there?

QuoteI placed my two sons in Gymboree Play and Music this past summer 2007. My oldest son (age 3) was in an art class in which I could run errands for an hour. What a wonderful blessing, right? On numerous occasions, the class started more than 10-15 minutes late but ended on time. My child had a food allergy in which the teacher paid little to no attention to because my son was given Gold Fish as a snack although he was allergic to dairy. In addition, at the end of the class the teacher would sit on the rug in a circle and ask the students to sit around her to receive a stamp on their hand. However, the children who were in her face were the ones to receive the stamp.....not the ones sitting patiently on the rug. In addition, my child would be out in the play area with many of the other children instead of working on his uncompleted art project. As a previous teacher and previous school administrator, this class was a disappointment. My youngest son (<1) took a class on Saturday mornings. Again, the class did not begin on time but ended on time. This was a great time for me to socialize, however, I can join MOPS or another mothers group in the area and the price will be less expensive. Again, not impressed!
