"the word-of-mouth survival guide for LONG BEACH parents"

Ladies, beware. Don't get me wrong the classes are interactive and they help your child socialize with other children. My son is a year old. He enjoyed the class. Yet I felt as though he could have gotten more excercise at a park or in the backyard. I feel that joining a playgroup is cheaper and it will give him the social interaction that he needs. Gymboree no only costs a lot of money but they also have different parties and activities through out the year. They are very expensive. They are very strict with their policies. I payed $25 to attend the Christmas party. I had a death in the family and my money was not refunded. I thought that was not right.

I enjoy taking the kids to Gymbo. The music class is just as fun as the "regular" gymboree class. The teachers are energetic and enthusiastic.

The place is a wonderful place to take your children. The staff are very friendy and their personalities shine for the children to feel comfortable. The music, the bubbles, the climbing, the parachute. Its all good fun.

My daughter loves going to Gymboree. She was always laughing every time she saw other babies so I decided to sign her up for a class. She loves "talking" to her classmates and really loves the singing and puppets.
