I love history, so all the old trains are really cool. The fact that you can climb on them is great for the kids to really see them. Its especially great for little ones, we only need an hour or two to see it all. And to top it off its free.

We went on a Friday and there was hardly anyone there. No waiting at all -- we went on the train which was absolutely thrilling for my 2 1/2 & 4 year olds. Then we went to the pony ride and we finished it off with the simulator. affordable & fabulous fun. Never made it to train town museum. That's next.

What child, especially boys but also girls, doesn't love a train. For kids under 2 (or so), train ride is free so it only costs for the parent's ticket. Once your kids start paying, get the 20 ticket packs and you can save a bundle. We go here quite frequently - the "conductors" are so nice. Other than the train ride, everything else is free. Parking is easy. Wish they'd stay open later into the early evening.

We love going here! My son loves, loves rains and has so much fun going here. He'll go in and out of trains, and play with the thomas train toys, and go on the train ride. He can stay here forver!
