I was in their store w/my two kids in a double stroller (Phil and Ted's, narrow). Coming into the store you have to go up a small ramp and open the door outward - extremely difficult with a stroller. The receptionist WATCHED me struggle with this, never moved. Then once inside, as I was talking to her about a hair product, another customer's rotweiller/shephard mix mauled both kids to get at the bagels they were holding. I had to scream for help as the receptioist and a stylist simply, again, watched. They did not attempt to get the dog off the kids (the dog was about 40-50 lbs, my guess), I had to try and calm them down, pry the dog off and scream for help some more. The dog ended up belonging to another custome getting his hair cut in the back, neither the store employees nor the customer thought it necessary to restrain the dog (why was it even allowed in there?). My children were traumatized and my son is allergic to dogs. I received a note from the manager of the store and a basket of product as an apology after I complained to the head office. Will NEVER return.
