QuoteGlobal Yoga offers a fantastic pre-natal yoga class. The instructor (she is also the owner, a nurse and a duola) is wonderful. She offers a warm, relaxing environment where all expectant mom's feel welcome.

QuoteThis is a great class and I was able to aoid a lot of the common ailments associated with pregnancy by incorporating these exercises into my everyday schedule. I really miss taking the class.
