QuoteWe have seen all the doctors her for both my 5 month old, and my 2 year old. They are all compassionate, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never heard Dr. Bursch YELL, and we have seen him quite a few times. Dr. Henry is our doctor and he is EXCELLENT. He makes me feel like every question I have is important. I know although they are pro vaccine there, they work with people who want spread them out. I cannot say enough about the doctors here, as we love them all.

QuoteI have 3 kids, all with various reoccuring medical issues, and we have recieved amazing help from Dr. Bursch at Glendale Pediatrics. He is patient, good at putting our kids at ease, and great at explaining to me what is happening and what our options are as well as helping answers all of my questions. I especially appreciate that they are not just reactive to health problems when they have occured, but proactive about helping the child before problems develop. We also have seen at various times other of the doctors in this practice and have had a positive experience with all of them.

QuoteWhen my child was younger I took her to Glendale Peds to see Dr. Bursch who was really good with her. UNTIL my child had a reaction to her first vaccine. I asked Dr. Bursch a little about my concerns and the risks of vaccinations and he raised his voice and said, "Everyone wants to believe Jenny McCarthy instead of a dr!" I never even mentioned Jenny McCarthy or autism. I just was concerned about so many shots so soon. When the 2nd round of shots came up I was hesitant to giving them to my child due to a reaction from first time. Dr. Bursch then YELLED at me and said we could go on and on about this issue and will never agree on it. He basically BULLIED me into giving my child the shots. My child had another reaction and this time was worse than the last and severe. I took her back to the dr and he said it definitely was not the shots. He raised his voice and yelled at the thought of me even thinking this, even though the reaction happened immediately after my child got the shot. I asked a few other people about their thoughts and they went through the same thing with him (yelling and feeling bullied) when they had questions about vaccinations. With that said, the other dr.s there are ok and seem less likely to YELL if the subject of vaccinations come up and your concerns.

QuoteI love Glendale Pediatrics and my 8 week old daughter loves them too! Our main doctor is Dr. Feuille, who started the group, however, we have worked with several docters since her birth including Dr. Hartstein and Henry. They are all very experienced, and give excellent advice. The nurses over the phone are great too and helped me care for my daughter when she caught a cold. Their website offers great information which we utilize when we have questions. http://glendalepeds.com/
