QuoteGiggle is the place to find fabulous baby gifts, but not a go-to store for your everyday necessities. It's pricey, but they have nice selection and things that you won't find at Buy, Buy Baby or Babies R Us.

I found the customer service to be helpful, of course, because I spent so much money. I did find, however, they did not steer me in the right direction when it came to certain travel gear. I wish they had been more honest about the products I was buying, because 3 travel strollers later, I took my business elsewhere. My suggestion, check out their website for the newest, and coolest items. Do your research, and buy it elsewhere for 15-20% less!

QuoteI have yet to call the manager, but I plan to. The store on the upper east side has the RUDEST staff I've ever encountered. They barely speak to you. They dont help. I had to ask one saleswoman to please step from behind the counter to come help. My daughter said hi to one of the women and she didn't respond!!!! Can you believe it??? After spending $200 on not much, I will NEVER EVER step foot in there again.
