My kid had a party there and it is great you should take your kids to jump to that location. The other peopel Jumping jungle rally sucks terrible. Please avoid going to Jum and Jungle they are so rude and the place has bugs everywhere.

Last year we had my son's 6 yo birthday party at Fun Max, it was a great experience and he wanted it there again this year. Unfortunately, one of the two people assigned to our party was a new trainee who essentially functioned as a piece of furniture, clearly uncomfortable in his position. The other worker actually had done a good job at our party last year; with no help during the party she became frustrated and rude to the children, which was concerning to several parents. I mentioned these problems to the manager, whose response was "I'm sorry you had those problems, thank you for having your party here." She should have at least offered a discount for that fiasco. It is clear that customer service has been forgotten there and that there is no premium placed on return business or referrals. We will have the next party elsewhere. By the way, we were told "Max" is "retired." Neither the trainee or the retirement were told to us in advance.

This bounce place has two rooms. If it gets crowded they will open both and seperate the older and younger children for safety. Both areas can be viewed from a parents room at the same time. It is very clean and well kept. I've seen their cleaning crew in action and nothing is left undone. My daughter is 18 months old and she loves it. We have been going since she could walk. Parents can jump and play with the kids with no additional charge. They have a few toys for the younger children who aren't as daring also. They only charge 1/2 price for kids under 2 and if you have and older child with you the under 2 is free. Make sure to bring socks because shoes or bare feet aren't allowed in the play area.

This place is great for kids about 18 months and up. Any younger, and I think the stuff is too big for them.
But my child who is 18 months had a ball here. And the parents can play on the apparatus along with their kids, so it's extra fun!
The prices are reasonable--I recommend it!
