I was very disappointed with the quality of Footprints n' More. While the staff worked well with my newborn the quality was lacking, I brought in two other prints from my other boys and requested and paid more for the same design, they did not do what we paid for and the print was not very good. We were called to pick up the print and when we got to Tustin, I was told that it was sent to Mission Viego! I then had to wait a few more days to finally get it and it was wrong. The onwer give the extra that I had paid, but I did not get what I wanted. I will not be using them again.

I was given a free footprint from Hoag hospital when my 1st son was born. It took me 2 years to get it done, but it turned out great! I had both my kids done at the same time & had a special baptism frame done for my 2nd son w/ his handprint inside of his godmothers. It's a wonderful keepsake!

I was given this as a gift for both my boys and I treasure it. They place is so sweet and the impressions they do are amazing, unique and cherished. Highly recommend them.

I received a gift certificate for my daughter and took her when she was 1 1/2 months old in 2004. I was very happy with the service Sara (the owner) gave me and the quality was exceptional. I wanted to do the same with my son and also for the same time frame 1 1/2 months. I was not able to make it to the Tustin location. So I decided to go the Mission Viejo location. I had my son's footprints and hand prints done. When I went to pick them up, there was a crack of which they attempted to fix. I was so dissapointed especially since I waited to so long...just to find out there was a crack. She had asked me if anybody had called me to tell me this had happened. No! nobody called me! So she offered to re-do the hand and footprints. I really did not want to re-do them because I wanted the same time frame 1 1/2 months for my son just like I did for my daughter. I was so disapointed the second time. At this point I am still waiting for the re-done piece.

I was very happy with Sarah at Footprints n' More. She was more than patient with my two grandbabies, ages 2.5 and 8 months. She was also so sweet to them while "printing". I was last there two years ago and will go again! I recommend her highly
