I just moved to Illinois and had no idea how to find a great nanny here. I called First Class Care based on the fact they are a full service agency and can provide me with more than other "just nanny" agencies. Once I registered they had qualified nanny profiles to me in less than 24 hours. I started interviewing the candidates and they were great and all had different personalities. I made an offer and had her start within a week. The process was so smooth and well worth the cost. I felt confident with thier screening process and background checks and didn't have to waste my time on anything but unpacking!
