Anyone who has been here before knows that this is a great hands-on museum that encourages kids of all ages (and those young at heart!) to both play and learn.

The Exploratorium is a great place to experience the different sciences out there. This place is a great place to bring the kids. They have all kinds of displays and little adventures. It's located right near the bay and the palace of fine arts, so the scenery is so incredibly nice.

I loved this place when I was a kid, and I love this place now. There are so many different things to play around with, to touch, to experiment with and so on. My favorite are making your own five ft soap bubble, shadow jump and wind tunnel
The Tactile Dome was also pretty cool - you go inside a tunnel/maze in complete darkness and use your other senses to get yourself out. So much fun!

If you have kids you have to go, lot of hand on, we move to other city 2 years ago but drive to exploratorium every other month. My 8 years old son just love this place
