Eric is the BEST for your prenatal personal training needs. He is knowledgeable and skilled and helps you find the right balance between solid workout and not overexerting yourself while pregnant. Working out with Eric was the *only* thing that helped my mid-back pain in the third trimester. Building those muscles made a huge difference. and the cost of personal training sessions at EBC is quite reasonable

I definitely think The Prenatal Resist-a-Ball class at East Bank class is the best! Mostly because I'm the instructor:)all kidding to the side, It's also b/c we have a great group of mommies joing the class. We have a range of new moms and brave mothers who return to help give advice and tell us what we need to be ready for motherhood. The class also consists of exercises to strengthen the muscles you need to survive pregnancy, get through labor and then recover quickly in postpartum. Everybody works together and it's a fun atmosphere to be in-nothing is tabu!.
The club also offers Prenatal Aqua and Yoga. The moms all exchange e-mails and continue being friends after class. Soon they're making playdates and signing up for the great mommy and me programs that EBC also runs. Come and join our great health club, sincerly Adina Reichlin

You can't find a better place to work out. You'll need references and a lot of money, but you'll run into some celebrities and a lot of young women looking for husbands.

The best facility to workout ANYWHERE but not very child friendly. They try but miss in the kids department.
