We could never reach them, they never remembered us on their route. They over charged our bank account on three seperate occassions and endless other issues. Diaper service is suppose to make life easy not harder. Don't use these guys go to The Changing Table also in Longmont. They have wonderful service and you can ACTUALLY reach them by phone if you have any problems or concerns.

Earth Smart provides wonderful service, that is efficient and reliable. The folks that run the business are helpful, cheerful and friendly.

I've been with them now for over 2 years and right now I have a baby and a toddler diapered by them. I like them, you can always leave them a message and they are pleasant to deal with. You really do need to put the diapers out the night b4 and I forgot once and had to hand-deliver a dirty bag of them to Boulder! I do recommend them to all of my friends. I bought nikky wraps online.

My boss bought me 1 months service as a gift. I called them to let them know I was having my baby, so they sent the diapers down a week early (due to their delivery schedule). But they were the wrong size covers (I had a BIG baby!). So then I had to wait a week for them to exchange them, but they forgot. I had to put *everything* outside for them to pick up, so I was running outside at 2am in the freezing winter cold to exchange a dirty diaper for a clean one when I had to change my baby in the middle of the night. Like I say they then forgot to exchange them so I had to do it all again the next day. Then there was a hassle with the billing - they wanted to charge me for the first week when the diapers were just sitting at my house (they had chosen to send them down early). It was always hard to get hold of someone on the phone, and just hassle after hassle really.
But the diapers were clean, although some of them literally had holes in them!

Pretty good service - not very accomodating if you miss putting diapers out one week and a little hard to get on the phone, but very friendly and reliable.
