I think they hire staff for Duane Reade when they're too rude for the DMV. Try going back 8 times in 3 days trying to get a prescription... Don't bother asking any questions.Yeah, they speak English... They just don't care. Save your money for a CVS...

Duane Reade is a good place to shop for baby essentials, it has good products, good customer service and even a pharmacy to pick up the meds.

Duane Reade has great deals but rude staff. I have faced their rudeness often especially in Manhattan locations and now stopped going to this store, unless in absolute dire need.
