Overall they seem organized and efficient! 90% of my calls have been returned in a timely manner. Not very open-minded to alternative parenting methods...(I was lectured that it was only acceptable to let my baby cry himself to sleep. No other options were considered!) Sometimes I feel I am being talked down too...like I am being overly concerned about my child, etc.
