Dr. Ford is incredible. She expalins everything very well and is very caring. The office decor is nothing to marvel at, I was hoping for more baby/kid interesting rooms but they are pretty bland.

The doctors are neurotically over cautious. They will worry the most easy going parent.

Great emergency hours including evenings, Saturday and Sunday. Can have a nurse call back to answer a question within a half hour
