 Great lactation consultants, will give you a great start. Classes/parent groups great place to meet other new parents. Safe products and really nice staff. They don't try to rip you off.... tell you how to take advantage of services they offer without breaking the bank.

I went to Day One when my baby was 6 days old for a lactation consult. My breasts were sooo sore and the consultant was great in showing me how to get her to latch on correctly. It still took time for my nipples to "toughen up" but it was the best feeding I had experienced.
I began the new parent group when my daughter was about 5 weeks old. I had so many questions and was relieved to get out of the house and see that other Mom's had the same questions/concerns! My baby is now 8 mos and we have made a great group of friends that we see often.

They have certain items like eating utensils especially made for them when they can't find any green/toxin free items available.

I have learned from this place a lot. They are super helpful. You can even get personal advices. I love that they have the most updated products.
