QuoteThey had a pretty good selection of some hard-to-find items, but they were more expensive than if purchased online or elsewhere. The staff were also very knowledgeable. I think the value in the store is for the services they provide (i.e. pump rentals, classes, lactation consultants, area to nurse, bring in the baby to weigh, borrow from their library)

QuoteThe staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also leveraged their lactation consulting services and worked with Nancy Held who saved me from giving up nursing. She is patient, practical and very responsive. The store is also well stocked with quality items that I have not been able to find conveniently anywhere else. We have also attended the workshops there and I found the New Parent's Groups helpful and very supportive - usually led by Nancy. I highly recommend this store to any new or expectant parent.

QuoteHad a decent selection of products, but were on the expensive side, especially when I can find the products elsewhere. I also didn't like the fact that there were two different prices for classes: one price for members, and another price for non-members. I ended up going a little more north to Burlingame and found it more worth while!
