Avoid this gym! Despite cancellation, they continue to bill my debit card. Phone calls? USeless. E-mails? Not answered. Letters? Ignored. Finally had to cancel card. Really, outrageous service and neglect of even the most basic customer service principles. The gym itself is OK, though staff have a really serious attitude problem. If you are not makle, gorgeous and young, forget about it. And rumor is, they have differnt rates based on attractiveness / age. Probably illegal but they are a gay establishment so can get away with it I guess. And, check out their BBB.org complaints. Almost a criminal enterprise.

Most people are disappointed with this gym. Reading reviews on the internet I even saw some statements of sympathy "We're sorry if you've already paid them" and references to the better business bureau, where they have a bad review.
Unfortunately, I am already a member but that will be cured with time, luckily. Don't make the mistake I made.

This gym has terrible customer service. I go there to workout and don't deal much with them but they are so negative that it's really hard to avoid. Teachers complain about their pay. Class instructors sometimes fail to show up. And the management is completely unsympathetic. I would recommend any gym over this. New York Sports is better as is Equinox.

Yes, this is a gorgeous gym but there are very few female members at this location and its not really a "Mom Scene"
