QuoteI took my 5 year old for a haircut and left in shock. The "stylist" completely butchered my daughter's hair. I have never seen anything like it. I asked her to trim the length and add some layers for some shape. She literally butchered her hair and I had to take her to an adult hair salon to fix it but it is almost beyond repair. I went back to show them and they treated me like it was my fault because I asked for layers. They wouldn't give me a refund and they treated me terribly. I would never go back there nor would I recommend them to anyone

I asked that the stylist shorten my daughter's hair all over but leave the back choppy so I could turn up her curls. I showed the stylist repeatedly what I wanted. She gave my kid such a short boy cut, it looks crazy. I repeatedly told her she was cutting off too much but she was in a rush -- they spend about 10 minutes on each kid -- that she never paused to listen. I told the owner/manager? that I was really unhappy. He shrugged. I paid. It was a really awful experience.

QuoteThey do a good job in distracting the little ones. My son screamed and moved around his entire first haircut. The cut still came out very good. I plan to use them until distractions are no longer necessary.

Quotenice kid freindly place, my son loves it there. i am not so happy with there haircuts but he is so i guess thats what counts.
