We have had 4 au pairs and they have been terrific -- not without ups and downs but they become like family and we work through the communication stuff. They have all loved our kids. I have always found Cultural Care to be responsive and our local coordinator is just great. Very helpful to our au pairs and answers all our questions.

CCAP makes no effort to verify what au pairs say about their driving skilld. Many host families, even after having to invest hundreds of dollars into remedial driving lessons, still don't feel omfortable allowing their au pair to drive their children anywhere.

The matching process can be quite difficult but we have had had a great experience with our local coordinator and the au pair program is great. We have our 4th au pair and can not imagine any other type of childcare for our children.

A good organization for handling international au pair matching. They will handle all the paperwork and find a suitable au pair, taking the headache out of your hands. Lots of staff turnover and growth has stretched them a bit the last two years, but I have had two good experiences with them and think they're a good choice for a family wanting the cultural exchange experience.
