My monitor also stopped working after about 10 days. I no longer had the packaging or reciept so I contacted the company. After multiple emails and answering tons of questions, the rep simply stopped responding.

When we first purchased our Fisher Price Monitor it was great but I felt we spent too much money for it so, we then took it back and purchased the safety 1st monitor and it does just as good as a job!
