QuoteStay away from the nurse practicioner, Stacey B. Schwartz. She is disrespectful and rude. I made an appt for a yearly checkup and she said that I was scheduled for a sick visit... She told me to talk to the receptionist and she proceeded to take the nxt patient. I had already been waiting for 20 minutes and she just disregarded me because there was a mixup in scheduling. Fortunately, Dr. Starr, my son's regular doctor that was booked, heard what happened and took me right away... Will never schedule another appt with her!!

QuoteI wouldn't change doctor's for the world. The office is very professional and quick to give you all of the service that you need. Every Remedy that Dr. Starr gives me works like a charm.

QuoteI can not rate the office decor or a particular doctor. But I can tell you that when choosing a pediatrician I was turned off. I phoned the office to set up an appointment and before I could say hello was abruptly put on hold...for 10 minutes. If I had a sick child in my arms at that point I think I would have been a nervous wreck! The admin staff here needs to learn some manners and be a bit more efficient.
