My son was interested in swimming on the Dallas Mustang Swim Team but needed some stroke work before they would let him on. The Cooper came recommended to us through friends who had taken from "Miles" who is one of the instructors there. After two weeks the results were that of another child all together. My child now is now top of his age group. (age 7) I believe they start at age 3 and go to teen level but not sure.
