QuoteIf you call ahead, Cool Cuts will tell you if they are busy or not, and make an appointment for you. I've been twice and haircuts started within 5 minutes of arrival. Sylists are nice, patient with kids and have good suggestions on haircuts for little ones.

QuoteI took DS here for his first haircut. While the shop was clean and definitely engaging for kids, I was unimpressed and actually disappointed by the service. I made an early appt (so that they wouldn't fall behind before they got to me) and I still had to wait. They were not nice and seemed upset that we wanted to videotape and take pictures. We paid for the keepsake picture and curls, but the hair was thrown in a plastic bag and i had to get it home immediately to tie up a curl with ribbon so that I could keep it.
