However, on his first trip to Cool Cuts he decided to turn a new leaf. My son completely flipped out this time. I am not too surprised. His 2nd year of life has been emotional. I know this flip out had nothing to do with the woman or the salon, it was all him! But the reason for this review is not to complain. His flipping out wasn't what was awesome actually. The woman cutting his hair was the awesome one. She did her best to ease the situation. But there was not candy or toy big enough to calm this toddler. I am writing to say I was completely impressed and thankful for the skills this woman had. Believe it or not he left there with a great haircut. She managed this considering the pushing, screaming, and flailing of my son. She was completely sympathetic to my situation and made me feel like it was no big deal and she was happy to help. I am very greatful for her kind manner and if I ever decide to get his hair cut again (10 years old?) I will probably go there. Thank you for helping my two year old look great in horrific situations!

They had a little train table for the kids to play with while they were waiting, then they got to pick a movie to watch while they sat in the little car (chair) for their haircut. Considering that my daughter is autistic, she was completely unfazed & we ended up with a beautiful picture where she was SMILING! WOO HOO!

QuoteThis is a great place to take your kids, especially before picture taking. They love sitting in the cute cars and watching a video that they get to pick out themselves. Girls get really cute styling with 5 "ponytails" and little silk flowers to match outfit.
