QuoteWe have been to other places like this and my daughter usually loves it. She hated it this time, primarily because the stylist made no attempt to connect with her or make her comfortable. As soon as she started cutting she started to try selling me product as my daughter cringed and became more uncomfortable. Worst of all, the cut was terrible. I had to fix it when we got home and I dont even know how to cut hair. It looks better now that I did that, but not happy about wasting money on a bad cut. Not only that but now my daughter probably wont want to get her hair cut again.

QuoteA nightmare experince for my son's first haircut. He was about 14 months and was very good until she cut him on his neck with the electric clippers. WE didn't notice at first only that he waS crying and she asked if he was hungry (no) and then I saw that he was cut. It wasn't a huge cut but none the less, he was VERY upset was bleeding a little and doens't want anything to do with electric clippers AT ALL. And to top it off they still charged me forthe cut while my son is all hysterical crying. So much for the cool cuts for kids!

QuoteIt's a really neat haircut for little kids, but beware if you decide to change the place to get haircuts for them later on, cause they want to sit in the toy seats. We can't go to a regular haircut place now, cause my Son who will be 3 in May won't sit still for them, but will sit still for his daddy at home, for a home haircut!
