The First Weeks drop-in class for new parents is a great chance to talk to others going through the transition. The only downside is that it is so popular that it can get pretty crowded.

Carrie Kenner's childbirth preparation class was incredible. It truly prepared me for childbirth. I learned alot, met some great people and was prepared for my birth.
