not a very big zoo, and fewer animals than san francisco. but, it is less crowded and easy to get to (right off of 580). petting zoo for the kids, and what's not to like about a zoo? hours of entertainment to be had just hanging out and watching the animals. relatively low cost means it is practical for larger groups.

starting taking my daughter there when she was about 1.5 years old. the toddler series on tuesdays are themed and very fun. the museum has lots of interactive and fun things for kids to do. they have story time. the views outside are also beatiful.

great park with lots of different areas for kids to play in. One drawback is the sand is not that clean but other than that great park!

This park has two sections that are next to each other and both are fenced all the way around - although there are multiple entrances all around the fenced area. They have a sand area, swings, a climbing wall, various slides and tunnels and a grass area. The park sits amongst large fields and has an onsite skate park that is not visible from the playarea. Ice cream truck visits happen regularly which is exciting for many. One really neat feature of the park is one area of the play equipment areas is surrounded by a cement path that goes in a circle around the area. It has a dotted line down the middle to look like a road. Signs say no bikes, scooters or skates inside tha play area and therefore on this path (there are plenty of paths outside the play area to ride). However the dashed path around is very tempting and many parents allow their children to ride around on their wheeled rides. There seems to be no enforcement of this posted rule. However my son was running around the path - using it as a race track for laps when a child came in on his bike with treianing wheels and started riding the path - he came up behind my son and literally ran him over - knocking him down and running over his body. It was terrible and painful and we had to go to the ER as it appaeared his arm was broken. My point of the story - be careful as some parents don't enforce the posted rules with their children and there is a real danger to kids running across or on the path while playing.

I have to disagree with the last review. I know other agencies have more nannies to select from but lets not forget to focus on quality rather than quantity. More does not mean better. When I had my twins three years ago, I joined Gemini Crickets, a support group for Mothers of twins. The agency was very kind and understanding with accommodating my many requests. Our full time nanny has been with us for the past three years. Each time I utilized the services of A Nanny Solution I had a positive experience. I felt very comfortable hiring a nanny from this agency as the agency does background checks with the Trustline registry, drug tests and they only recommend nannies who are college educated. They all drive with driving records on file and everyone speaks English. Very professional agency and professional nannies. It was money well spent as every person we introduced our children to have many a positive impact.
