Quote I have been to several hair salons but the Yellow Balloon on Westwood is my favorite. Natalie cut my 2 1/2 year old's hair last month and he got stopped in the street with "He's soooo cute!" Yes, he's cute but made even cuter by a fabulous haircut. Today, we are off to get my 12 year old's hair cut. Friendly people, good cuts!
