I know I won't exercise if I don't commit myself to something in a group setting, so these classes were perfect for me. It's also a great way to meet new moms who are going through the same things as you are and to lose that awful baby weight together.

This restaurant is so loud that you can't hear if your child is being noisy. Good deal if you have a toddler.



The Midwife Center in Pittsburgh is so full of friendly advice, information, care and service. These women work hard to make you feel good. They take excellent care of new mothers.

I joined a MOPS group almost 18 years ago when I had a new baby and two preschoolers. It was a lifesaver for me. I had friends, I had connection, I had a sense of growing as a person. For this reason, I now mentor a group of MOPS moms at Calvary Baptist Church MOPS. It is AMAZING to see the growth in these women as moms and as leaders because of their participation in the MOPS group, a small group at MOPS, and serving in leadership. I have been to many different MOPS groups. This group is so gracious and welcomes EVERY MOTHER OF PRESCHOOLERS! The truly believe in the tagline of MOPS Int'l; "Better Moms Make a Better World!" You Go, Girl(s)!
