A germ factory in the winter but a nice place to get the ya-ya's out.

I love Kiddie Kandids. The staff always gets my children to smile and capture their personality. They have cute props and backgrounds, althogh I often opt for the plain backgrounds instead.

My husband and I had a good experience here right before our daughter was born. The manager was really helpful - and we saved money on the crib mattress. I would definitely come back here!

I agree with an earlier post that the service here is up and down. I have also had numerous experiences where I have been asked numerous times by employees throughout the store if I need assistance (which I appreciate) only to find that there are only two lines open (one of which is customer service)and lines 12 deep. That being said, they are a good go-to for harder to find baby items or if you want to see a wide variety of brands and models, but their prices are usually not the best. I recently visited the mother's room in the late afternoon there with my 9 month old and found it was stocked only with newborn diapers, had an overflowing diaper pail and a horrendous odor. I found that disappointing as I usually find the store to be clean and well-organized.

Service was not too helpful ... not that wide of a selection.
