I know 2 people whose orders were extrememly delayed and it was the store's fault. They gave them loaner furniture, but that's a nuisance. Some staff are very knowledgeable, like the owner and his daughter, so try for them. I chose my pieces there, then found them elsewhere for less.

A great place for taking kids of different ages. Keep in mind you have to park your stroller at the door so wear Bjorn or sling for young babies.

Store is convenient. I try to go early in the morning for less crowd and easier parking. Several staff memebers have been very helpful helping locate products. Not a bad baby section and they have a registry. Prices are comparable.
