The store is a complete mess. Staff is incredibly rude. I called to verify they carried a certain blanket. The girl on the phone said "yes". When I got there, they did not have it and the salesgirl never apologized and basically said "oh well". I will never spend my money in there.

I ordered a crib and changing table on 7/6/08, and was told that items take 10-14 weeks to arrive. In September, I called the store, asking for the arrival date. They said that my items would arrive at their store on 9/29/08. I called on 9/29, and the manager, Lupita, said that my changing table had arrived damaged and would take a 4-6 weeks for another one to arrive! She offered to loan me a changing table but no other compensation for the inconvenience. Moreover, Lupita said that my crib couldn't be delivered for another week. I live in LA, about 30 minutes from the store!! She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. 1+ week later (10/7/08) after no call, I called again. Lulu (?) said that she left another message for the delivery company, asking why it's taking them so long to respond. Finally, she gave me a delivery date of 10/9/08 after 12PM but no definite delivery time. Contrary to my request, she was unwilling to reduce the delivery fee based on the delay in response. Lulu said, "I know it's not your fault, but we're paying them 2xs because of the damaged changing table." How is that my responsibility?! You would think that a $1600+ purchase and a $150 delivery/assembly charge would elicit better customer service.... I'd HIGHLY recommend that you choose another store or another brand of furniture.

Everyone already knows how fun it is going to Disneyland, so I won't dwell on the attractions. But I just found out how baby-friendly this place really is. I went a few months after having my baby (although baby didn't come with me this time) and found out that there is a special baby care center towards the front of the park. There is a quiet room that is curtained off and open only to mothers who want to nurse their babies or pump. It's okay to bring an electric pump because there are power outlets. I only used the center to pump during this visit. But I was also told there are changing rooms, as well as potties for little ones. I also saw that there were high chairs available for feeding baby and a kitchen with a sink and microwave. If you forget supplies, they do sell some at the baby care center. Although I'm not aware of all of the items they sell, I do know they sell Gerber baby food, formula, and diapers. I recall seeing a television in the waiting area of the baby care center, in case mom is busy with baby and dad needs to occupy the other little ones. The baby care center is so clean and you will feel so comfortable taking care of your baby's needs there!! The baby care center is just one of the reasons that Disneyland ROCKS for families!!!
