I always come to this place as it is very near to me. Great place to hang out with friends. The pizza's are nice and many a times there are deals and I am often the one to grab them :-)

The Mom's Club is a great local resource for advice and feedback, and a fantastic way to make new friends.

Hands down, this is the best place to buy shoes for your children. The service and selection cannot be beat. The enormous balloons are a big hit with my son. I grew up getting my shoes here and I love that I am able to do the same for my son.

We had a horrible experience with their online registry. My wife and I spent a lot of time picking items we liked and creating the registry. One week before the baby shower RightStart updated their site and broke everything. At first they lost our registry then when they added it back they had all items on it even the ones people have already ordered when that was fixed we found out from our guests that even though they see the registry they cannot actually order anything from it. So basically the registry was absolutely useless and our guests where not able to order anything from their registry. We made numerous calls and send numerous emails to customer service but they where of no help whatsoever since RightStart customer service does not have access to their own website developers. RightStart outsourced their website development to another company (wishpot.com) which totally messed up the upgrade and migration of data. RightStart customer service kept saying there is nothing we can do the developers are aware of the problem but they have a lot to fix and they get to it when they can. It has been two weeks since the baby shower and there are still problems with their site. Guests are not presented with an option to ship the gift to us (the registered parents). They either have to ship it themselves or know our address and enter it as their shipping address. The point is know matter when you read this review; even if it is after they fixed all these problems you will be taking a BIG chance ordering and using their online registry since they have no control and/or direct access to fixing any problems that occur on their own website. I highly recommend you use another online baby registry.
