The actual exibits are not kid friendly (ie. no touching) but there is a fun play area called Artville that is good for babies up until about 2 1/2 years. It's a good place for moms to meet since the kids are contained in a relatively small area.

My friend and I went into the store after eating at le grande and we had her two children with us. The sales girls were so rude to the children. It's ironic to run a children's store when you don't like children. They weren't destroying the store, merely looking at toys. They don't carry any merchandise that you can't find at more kid friendly boutiques such as Urban Kidz or Babs for Children or Blossomz.

Overall I have never had a bad experience here. The kids love to decorate and wear the hats, and Dad and I always enjoy the dinner food.
