I went to the San Bruno location today, and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to talk to about enrolling my 3 year old daughter. Nobody had time, so we sat down and watched for a while. After a few more minutes my daughter got antsy and I tried again to talk to a staff member. Her demeanor was somewhere between unfriendly and hostile. Another patron who stood next to me shook her head and said she could not believe how rude the staff is, and that I should not feel singled out, and assured me the teachers are really nice... I don't think we'll find out, I'm not going back to this place.
