The dress my mother in law bought for my daughter frayed after one (hand) wash. We exchanged it for another and the exact same thing happened. After two months of not returning my calls today the manager told me that there is "nothing that they can do".

My kids love going here, we live right down the street, so we ride bikes down there all the time. The only downfall is that the duck pond can get pretty stinky in the summertime.
