As a mom, it has been very important for me to try to capture the precious moments of my daughter's childhood. I have tested and tried countless photographers (from department stores to the Picture People to professional studios) and Christine Dorian is by far the best I have ever worked with. She is very patient, enthusiastic and professional throughout the process. The first time she photographed my daughter, she had to contend with very cold weather (the session was outdoors), poor lighting and a toddler that would not stop running! Despite these challenges, she spent over two hours with us taking photographs and in the end she presented us with so many fabulous portraits that we had a difficult time deciding which ones to get. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Chris is gifted with children and creates gorgeous portraits. I have two young, unruly daughters and she managed to get fantastic pictures despite little cooperation from them. They had fun in her studio and each left with a little prize. My prize was beautiful pictures of both of them!

As a mom there is nothing more important than capturing the memories of your kids growing up. They change so fast! Chris was playful and patient, even through the meltdowns. Her persistence to get the right shot really paid off. The pictures are amazing and captured their little personalities perfectly. When we got the prints, we took down all our other photos and now these are the only ones we have up in our house. I will always look at these photos and remember this precious time in my kids' lives. And that's priceless.

Chris was willing to take on such a big group (there were 7 of us...4 adults and 3 kids!) and our portraits came out awesome! She was very adventurous when it came to poses and was more than patient when the adults...not the kids..were misbehaving :) It was the first time that our large group gathered for a professional photo and Chris made it a memorable experience. We have the beautiful photos to prove it :)

AT the time we took our photos I hade a 3 year old and a 4.5 year old, it was cold and raining that day and my 3 year old decided after the first 10 minutes we were there to have a meltdown. Not only was Christine extremely pacient, understanding and able to get my daughter to pose in between tantrums, she also took fabulous pictures. I was certain none of them would turn out b/c of my uncoopeative daughter but I had many shots to choose from and used one for our Christmas Cards!
